Because the available fabrics, colour combinations, and handmade construction vary from piece to piece, no two bags will ever be exactly alike. The Afribit Upcycling Queens began with volunteer training and only two sewing machines. Today, the group has grown into a shared production space where ten women and girls work in morning and afternoon teams, learning skills, producing bags, earning from sales, and building savings for the future. Their collection includes handbags, tote bags, crossbody bags, and more—all made with creativity, care, and determination.
